The report is the main product of the inspection.  It will state any components of the home that will require maintenence or repair/replacement.  We take great pride in our reports and we have found that our clients and their lawyers appreciate the clarity, and thoroughness with which they are written.

Our reports are e-mailed within 24hrs of the inspection. 

If requested we will also mail out a binded hard copy to our clients as well.(at no additional charge)
